Introduction The Altar Society has been in existence since 1937. It has dedicated members who work on a monthly rota. Their tasks include looking after the Sanctuary area, hoovering the carpet, dusting the altar and reredos, organising flowers, keeping the sacristy tidy, etc. As many of the tasks can involve heavy work male members are invited in this equal opportunity Society!!
