Introduction The Finance Committee was established in December 1998 and is an advisory committee to the Parish Priest. Its purpose is to clarify issues and make recommendations to ensure that all aspects of the Parish finances are consistent. This includes reviewing the current financial situation, discussing various fund-raising initiatives, financing new projects and preparation of the annual accounts. Since its establishment, the Committee has been involved in the refurbishment of the two Church Buildings in the Parish, St. Mary’s, which has been completed at Ladychapel. Looking forward, the next major project is to explore possibilities regarding the provision of a Parish Centre, which would be a real bonus for our Community.
